Liz has over 25 years in the design and construction industry in both the UK and New Zealand. Liz specialises in leading technically complex construction projects and programmes ensuring the planning and deliverables maintain alignment with the organisational strategic objectives of the client.
Specialising in business case development, including Better Business Case, Liz often leads the development phase of property development projects offering outstanding analytical skills, innovative solutions, presentation, communication, and skills to enable informed decision making by the project stakeholders, aligning outcomes with strategic objectives.
Liz has an indepth knowledge of procurement strategy, NZS Construction Contracts and the Construction Contracts Act. At the peak of the Christchurch rebuild, Liz was engaged by MBIE, NZTE and the Canterbury Employers Chamber of Commerce to advise Anchor Project teams and Tier one contractors on procurement strategy, and provided guidance on strategies to cope with the procurement pressures of the rebuild as both buyers and sellers.
As a project management, professional Liz consistently identifies and accelerates strategic measures to strengthen performance with sustained operational results. She forges long-lasting client and business partner relationships to mutually benefit all parties.
