Stephen Simpson - Associate Director
Our Wellington Regional Manager Stephen Simpson is a highly qualified engineer and project manager, with an extensive background in construction and engineering. He is a strong communicator, with the ability to build partnerships across industry practitioners, clients, contractors and stakeholders.
Stephen has worked with large development portfolios, as a Project Manager delivering key capital development projects for local government, managing operations, acting as Engineer to the Contract for NZS:3910 and administrating large on-site contract teams.
Specialising in turnkey industrial and large commercial packages within New Zealand and globally, Stephen’s ‘get it done’ attitude is supported by a strong operational background and technical expertise – enabling him to translate communicate boardroom objectives into onsite results.
Stephen has a wide range of heavy industrial and commercial experience across commercial construction, industrial development, hazardous petrochemical sites and local government capital works. Previous successful large scale projects includes the Kilbirnie Revitalisation, the Clyde Quay Quarter, Shell Site 1 redevelopment in Lyttelton and the Newlands McMillan Court Development.

- Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management, IMNZ
