She has advised a range of public sector clients on the development of organisational strategies, business cases, commercial arrangements, and reviews across the investment lifecycle.

With a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in project inception and development, Emma now seeks to leverage her expertise in project management. She brings a warm demeanour and is committed to working alongside others to achieve project outcomes.
