Martina Kleinova

Raised in a multilingual European culture, and with an education in Economics, International Relations and Management, Martina’s background and inherent ability to listen has developed her problem solving skills, particularly through the lens of cultural differences.

Martina has an analytical mind, and is a critical thinker with attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency. With excellent interpersonal skills, enabling successful communication between stakeholders, Martina thrives in an environment which fosters ‘out of the box’ thinking to provide innovative solutions.

After seven years in a Regional Asset Manager role, with a commercial property portfolio and development projects across the South Island, Martina has gained valuable experience in decision-making from an internal client perspective, to deliver time critical, commercially efficient facilities within environmental guidelines and a working knowledge in NZ legislative compliance.

Three years prior to that, Martina completed a 5000 Home Repair project acting as Programme Manager, which required a broad range of management skills and responsibilities from Contract Management, Interactive Project Scheduling & Reporting, to Health & Safety compliance for the trades and construction teams involved.
