As a results driven individual with outstanding planning and organisation skills, Amy is adept at preparing and managing construction programmes to align with client needs and expectations, while adhering to all protocols and requirements. She takes ownership of her work and uses her initiative to bring about positive results.
In her previous Project Management role at Optimum Projects, Amy was responsible for four projects within a live prison environment. With a complex client setup and numerous stakeholders, Amy ensured that the client was able to maintain business as usual while contractors adhered to strict security requirements.
In addition to outstanding client relationship skills, Amy’s experience in project reporting, managing defects liability, traffic management plans, construction methodologies, risk register management makes her a valued member of the RDT Pacific team.
