Cliff Arms


Cliff is a senior manager with vast experience in property development and construction gained in the U.K., Singapore and New Zealand. He has a broad background in projects including development management, project management and construction management, together with proven business management expertise.


With a passion for developing commercially viable projects, Cliff ensures the early stages of projects are driven by functional and financial imperatives, while ensuring best practice design principles are integrated from the outset.

His extensive development management experience in the residential and retirement / aged care sectors has seen Cliff responsible for site selection and property negotiation, master planning, feasibility evaluation, design and consent management and end to end project delivery for multiple housing and retirement developments around New Zealand. His extensive involvement in the education (MOE) and tertiary education sectors has included various new schools and tertiary facilities. Cliff’s broad project background also includes commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, including the first stages of the Auckland rail double tracking projects (DART projects).

Cliff’s proven project leadership experience has seen him deliver successful projects by building high performing teams that provide market leading outcomes for clients.
