Richard is a construction professional with over 16 years’ experience in the New Zealand and Australian Construction industries, working in a range of roles including Project Manager, Engineers Representative, Principal Consultant and Architectural Technician.

This experience has provided him with the skills and knowledge to manage all stages of construction projects from conception through to completion and liaise, maintain and develop relationships with different stakeholders at all levels.
Richard is aware of the complexities involved with projects and believes clear and open communication and maintaining a strong relationship with all parties has been one of the key attributes to the successful delivery of his projects.
