Culture & Heritage
We understand the need for balancing cultural benefit and sensitivity with financial viability and rigour. Where projects require funding approval up to Treasury level, we can develop robust business cases which support the non-monetary and financial investment objectives.
Our team has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement with communities, Iwi, users and operators as well as land owners.
We are well-versed in navigating the processes and protocols of large private sector entities, local government, and public sector agencies and departments.
“RDT Pacific’s past heritage work was invaluable when it came to directing the project through the complex process of heritage design, NZHPT approval and careful restoration by a contractor. RDT understood that corners could not be cut and that only the most rigorous project delivery process would ensure a quality restoration. Since its recent opening, the Estate has been the subject of very positive feedback on the success of the project has been received from a number of project stakeholders, community and the wider public. The now complete property demonstrates that RDT Pacific had a great understanding of our vision and clearly understood what was required to successfully see this vision through to fruition.”
