Seaghan Dorrity

Seaghan brings a wealth of construction experience from New Zealand and abroad to his role at RDT Pacific. With a dual academic foundation, holding both an MSc and BSc in Architectural Technology and Building Performance, he combines technical design knowledge with hands-on project delivery across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, industrial, retail, commercial, residential, and high-spec fit-out.

Working as a Project Lead, Contract Administrator, and Engineer to Contract Representative across new builds and complex refurbishment programmes, Seaghan is well regarded for his communication skills and ability to solve complex problems within demanding construction environments. That breadth of experience across roles and sectors gives him a versatility that informs every project he leads.

As an Associate at RDT Pacific and Healthcare (Public) Sector Lead, he has led multiple large-scale, complex projects across the Auckland Hospital campus – some of the most technically and logistically demanding construction environments in New Zealand.
