Expert Project and Cost Managers
Working with public and private sector clients to maximise their property assets is RDT Pacific’s area of expertise. We’ve been doing it since 1943 – formerly as Russell, Drysdale and Thomas – and we’ve been refining our project and cost management and construction expertise for over 75 years.
We take a wider view of every project. While the traditional drivers of time, cost and quality are core to our project and cost management processes, we put just as much emphasis on function and value – drivers that determine the long-term success of capital assets, along with ensuring resources are deployed sustainably. We take the time to understand and communicate your vision and objectives to the teams we are entrusted to manage. This increases our ability to overcome potential challenges associated with project delivery.
