Andre McConnell

Andre is the Chief Executive Officer of RDT Pacific, responsible for leading the delivery of the company’s vision and overall performance. He works with the Board and leadership team to translate strategy into clear priorities and execution across the business.

Known for his ability to connect strategy through to delivery, Andre focuses on aligning operations and people to drive performance, while building a high care, high performance culture where teams can do their best work and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients across Aotearoa’s built environment.

With 15+ years’ experience across technology start-ups and some of Aotearoa’s largest organisations, Andre has a strong track record of delivering results through clear strategy, commercial acumen, stakeholder alignment, and leveraging technology and innovation.
