Ben Dalton

Ben is an experienced Project Director in leading the delivery of new-build developments and major refurbishment projects across hotels, residential, commercial, retail, health, and education sectors.

Experience

Ben specialises in leading medium-to-large-scale projects at both strategic and delivery level from feasibility to handover, whilst aligning broad project stakeholder teams to achieve the clients’ desired vision, operational and financial objectives.

His expertise encompasses the full lifecycle of development and construction project delivery for both private and public sector organisations, including feasibility studies, procurement and contract strategy, client representation, development management, project management, programme management, design & ECI management, and preconstruction and construction management.

As an industry leader with comprehensive contract knowledge, Ben acts as Engineer to the Contract, Contract Administrator, and Independent Certifier on construction projects across multiple sectors.
