Charles Palmer

Charles is a civil engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure, renewable energy and aviation projects across New Zealand and Australia.

Since 2022, he has worked in client-side roles on capital projects for Auckland Airport and Auckland Council. His responsibilities have included Design Management, Resource Consent Management, Project Management and Procurement, together with Engineer’s Representative and Contract Administrator duties under NZS 3910. He currently leads project delivery and stakeholder management across several concurrent workstreams.

This combination of contractual, commercial and on-site experience allows Charles to identify delivery risks early and give clients practical, well-considered advice. He takes a measured, collaborative approach that builds trust across client, consultant and contractor teams.

Qualifications and Memberships

• Master of Business Administration (First Class Honours) – University of Otago
• Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Civil Engineering – University of Canterbury
