Dorota Samorow

Dorota is a project and commercial professional with over ten years’ experience delivering complex capital and construction projects across the aviation, commercial, education and health sectors. She works across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and business case through procurement and delivery to handover and post-implementation review.

Her background combines project management, quantity surveying and commercial management, giving her command of both the delivery and commercial sides of a project. Her strengths lie in governance and project controls, contract administration under NZS3910, cost management and forecasting, procurement, and stakeholder engagement at executive level.

She is particularly experienced in live operational environments, delivering capital works around trading venues, healthcare facilities and an operating international airport with minimal disruption to business as usual. Dorota is currently supporting delivery at Auckland Airport across programme, contract administration and stakeholder coordination.
