Egbert Koekoek

Egbert is a confident and versatile former carpenter who operated his own business for 16 years (including 10 years as site manager). His attributes include well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with people at all levels in an organisation and from different cultures and backgrounds.

He has a proven background in managing multi-skilled teams and subcontractors, training new staff, excellent organisational skills, is able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Egbert has  exceptional skills in liaising and negotiating with a range of stakeholders – clients, suppliers, contractors and staff from council and other regulatory authorities. He is committed to health and safety procedures, quality assurance standards and compliance with regulations.

Overall, Egbert is a multi-skilled, hardworking achiever, well suited to challenging areas of responsibility.

Egbert’s project experience at RDT Pacific includes  managing construction of the Apanui Primary School Fire replacement Project, Tauranga Hospital Renal Unit and the Tauranga MBIE office refurbishment.
