Jake Death

Jake is a Consultancy Project Manager with a background in electrical and building services. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered a diverse range of projects across education, retail, and commercial environments. Jake also managed projects in the civil, power, and rail infrastructure sectors. Most notable works include Marian Catholic School, Drury Central Train Station, Turners Car Yards, and ACC’s new headquarters in Kirikiriroa, along with numerous smaller projects that required agility and adaptability in his delivery approach.

As a Project Manager and Engineer’s Representative, Jake has navigated complex challenges including contentious EOT and variation claims, financial constraints, and programme pressures. A consistent strength in my delivery has been his ability to identify, understand, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Jake is frequently recognised by consultants, contractors, and clients for my collaborative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
