James Linnane
James has been living and working in New Zealand since October 2012 with a firm grounding in a range of QS and PQS services since graduating with an Honours degree in 2007 and working in the Irish Construction Industry.
Since arriving in Christchurch, James has been involved in a range of Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Education sector projects. James has extensive experience working on mixed use Retail and Commercial projects delivering the challenging Terrace Development on Oxford Terrace. James has also worked successfully with Ngai Tahu Property to deliver several retail projects of their Wigram Skies development and the expansion of the Tower Junction Retail Development.
In more recent years, James has been primarily involved with the Ministry of Education aiding in the delivery of the Canterbury Schools Rebuild programme. Working on a range of school projects at all stage of the design process from concept through to construction completion, assisting at all stages with navigating an ever more challenging commercial environment to deliver continued value for money.
James is a highly driven individual who excels in pre-contract planning and budget setting knowing the success of a project is achieved through careful and thorough planning from the outset with a robust and realistic budget.
