Entrusted with overseeing overall project strategy and spearheading project teams, Jessica engages proactively with clients, viewing projects through a holistic lens that extends beyond her immediate tasks. Leveraging her wealth of experience, she discerns the intricate and diverse needs of clients and stakeholders, deploying appropriate methodologies for projects to succeed.

As someone who enjoys strategic thinking, planning, procurement, and problem solving, Jessica believes in the importance of understanding the project requirements and risks from the get-go to find the best approach to make sure project schedule and budget stay on track.

 

Experience

Jessica’s project management experience spans a range of sectors including education, health, local government, insurance, and private development. Her early experience working within an engineering firm saw her responsible for organising the integration of multiple design disciplines. Her later experience working within Project Management consultancies has seen Jessica cement her experience in the industry across a range of projects, gaining widespread experience working on multi-stage redevelopment projects within live operational sites.
