Laura Searle

Laura is an Assistant Project Manager, working in commercial construction and delivering projects from minor refurbishments to major new builds. She contributes across the full delivery lifecycle, from feasibility, scoping and design coordination through to procurement, construction and handover. Her recent work spans the retail and education sectors, managing concurrent projects for Foodstuffs North Island and the Ministry of Education, including New World and PAK’nSAVE stores, Capital Works and refurbishment programmes. Laura is known for her clear contract administration, cost and variation management, and strong stakeholder coordination, construction monitoring, and for delivering works with minimal impact on the public and end users.
