Miko has more than 17 years’ experience in Project Management and Property Advisory, having worked on both the client and consultant side, residential and commercial, private and public sectors. She excels in challenging, complex and demanding projects – mapping and leading teams through to successful outcomes, assured through her relentless commitment to “best-for-project outcomes”, cemented by her proven experience that best for project eventuates as “best-for-all outcomes.”

 

Experience

Miko has strong experience in tertiary education, commercial and the public sector. She has a passion for transformational change projects, specializing in the creation of spaces that enable and support evolving operational models, recognizing the critical alignment between asset and operational planning.

As both an associate Project Manager and Property Advisory (Capital Intelligence) consultant, Miko works across the full asset lifecycle, from strategy and Masterplanning through to asset performance and utilization.

Miko is a champion for all things Te Ao Māori, particularly the incorporation of cultural identity and influence in both project deliverables and processes. Having worked for and alongside iwi to deliver successful cultural outcomes across multiple projects, Miko is highly sought after for her work in this space.
