Neelish has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry in project management, design delivery and architectural design. His capabilities span new-build construction, refurbishment, fitout, seismic strengthening and landscape design and delivery.

His strong stakeholder management skills ensure the needs and requirements of all parties are carefully assessed to ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved successfully. With solid change management experience, Neelish makes sure that changing needs are effectively controlled and accommodated.

Neelish has a customer-centric approach and his extensive network of consultants, suppliers and contractors provides assurance that exceptional project outcomes are always reached. With a resolute commitment to CSR, Neelish ensures that all project outcomes fulfil the triple-bottom line – economic, people and environmental.



Neelish has strong process control and documentation management capability and is experienced working under PRINCE2 and PMP frameworks. He has experience in preparing and managing contracts, as well as building and resource consent applications ensuring that all design and construction work complies with appropriate New Zealand standards and codes. Neelish is skilled in building surveys, tenders and procurement, as well as scope development, management and control. He has experience in BREEAM rated sustainable building initiatives, is ethically responsible in all his dealings and places a strong emphasis on sustainability, renewable resource and environmental responsibility.
