Seaghan brings construction experience from New Zealand and abroad to his role at RDT Pacific. He has well-honed and effective communication and project management skills, and experience in solving complex problems within construction projects, with varied roles in project management, architectural technician, and site management. His portfolio of experience includes working multi-residential, industrial development, retail, education, sports facilities, commercial and high-spec fit-out projects

Seaghan has been a Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Engineer to Contract Representative for new build developments, refurbishment works, reclad works, and commercial fit-out from initial feasibility stage to handover and final completion, driving costs, and programmes throughout.
