Stacey Otene

Stacey is a Quantity Surveyor with 4 years of New Zealand consultancy experience across residential, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, mixed-use and sporting projects.
Before joining RDT Pacific, she spent four years as a Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall in Auckland. There she prepared cost estimates and quantity take-offs to NZS 4202, assessed progress claims and variations, issued payment schedules, and produced monthly cash flow forecasts and cost reports. She also gained site experience with Fletcher Building during a summer internship.
Stacey has a practical, approachable communication style and works well with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams. She has helped train junior staff on measurement software and brings an understanding of te ao Māori principles and tikanga to her work. In 2018 she received the Emerging Leader in Construction award at Massey University’s Bachelor of Construction Awards.
