Tim Nehring

Tim is an Intern Quantity Surveyor with nine months of professional experience, bringing a practical and detail-oriented approach to delivering cost certainty across the full project lifecycle. Currently in the final year of his degree in Quantity Surveying, Tim combines hands-on industry experience with academic knowledge, ensuring his work reflects both established practice and current methodology. His core competencies as a Quantity Surveyor lie in, estimation, and cost planning, contract servicing, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Over his nine months in the profession, Tim has contributed to a substantial number of individual projects spanning the commercial, education, healthcare, justice, and industrial sectors. This breadth of involvement, across projects varying considerably in scale and complexity, has given him a well-rounded and adaptable understanding of the distinct cost management requirements each environment presents, allowing him to apply sector-specific insight while drawing on lessons transferable across project types. Methodical, diligent, and committed to producing accurate and reliable work, Tim approaches each engagement with the rigour necessary for successful project delivery.
