Weylin Thompson

Weylin’s varied professional experience in development, design and construction management means he has gained exposure to the full construction project lifecycle.

Starting at RDT in 2015 he has supported RDT Project Directors on a range of facilities for both private and publicly listed developers, working both onsite and office based fulfilling project management and Engineer’s Representative roles.

Since his appointment as Senior Project Manager in 2021 Weylin has been the Project Lead on a range of projects which often involve the extension of commissions to include integrated lessee works. He particularly enjoys the opportunity to engage with stakeholders, learning about their organization, understanding their requirements, and delivering fit-for-purpose facilities achieving quality end user experience.
