Jessica is a highly regarded Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the education, health, local government, and private development sectors. Known for her strategic thinking and adaptability, she consistently balances high-level oversight with a meticulous attention to detail, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client and project.

Her expertise spans a range of delivery models, including NZS3910 and NZS3916 contracts, and she has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-stage redevelopment projects within live operational environments. Jessica excels in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, establishing robust delivery frameworks, and driving projects to successful outcomes.

Jessica plays a key leadership role within RDT Pacific’s project management practice, where she is instrumental in shaping delivery standards, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering high-performing teams. Her collaborative style and commitment to excellence have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

She is also an active member of RDT Pacific’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing Leadership Group, contributing to the development of a positive, safety-focused culture across the organisation.
