80 Queen Street Refurbishment
80 Queen Street marks a significant milestone in Bank of New Zealand’s workplace transformation strategy, bringing its Auckland workforce together in a single, modernised headquarters. Delivered over more than 2.5 years while the building remained fully occupied, the refurbishment has transformed more than 21,000 sqm into a connected vertical campus designed to support collaboration, performance and day-to-day flexibility. The project was also recognised with a Gold Award in the Commercial Fitout category at the 2026 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.

- Variation assessments to manage scope changes and maintain budget integrity.
- Strategic cost planning during early-stage business case development.
