RDT Pacific delivered a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled warehouse for DHL Supply Chain New Zealand (DHL) at Te Kapua Drive, The Landing Business Park, Auckland Airport. Developed and owned by Auckland Airport, this 20,565 sqm purpose-built life sciences and healthcare facility is part of the DHL Health Logistics network.

Our role and scope

RDT Pacific was engaged as the Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract for both the base build and the tenant fit-out integration, as well as serving as the project’s Green Star Accredited Professional. In these roles, RDT Pacific managed the entire development process – from planning and procurement through to construction and commissioning – ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. We oversaw strict compliance with quality and safety standards and guided the project to achieve its sustainability targets. This end-to-end involvement enabled the delivery of a facility that meets world-class compliance requirements and operational efficiency goals.
