RDT Pacific provided Project Management and Business Case development for the Whangārei High Court and District Court redevelopment project, continuing our excellent relationship with the Ministry of Justice.

This project consisted of a full courthouse refurbishment, including air conditioning systems, update to aged décor, cell security issues and envelope repairs.

RDT Pacific developed the Business Case, to assist the client in understanding what key items were driving this project. This allowed the scope to be modified accordingly and priced accurately.

The successful refurbishment has left the stakeholders and users with an upgraded building and many added extras that were not originally in the scope. The general transparency of the project team gave confidence to the stakeholders during times of frustration. At the end of the project, all key members of the project team were left with positive relationships.
