Auckland, New Zealand – January 31, 2025 – RDT Pacific is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fraser as an Independent Director to its Board. Mark is currently the General Manager, Urban Development and Delivery at Kāinga Ora, and has extensive experience in property development, urban land development, and construction. His governance experience includes roles such as Deputy Chair of the LEAD Alliance (formerly Piritahi), and Director for the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC). He is also a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors (NZIOD).

With expertise in organisational change, performance improvement, and stakeholder management, Mark will provide an objective viewpoint and offer unique and innovative perspectives. His governance experience in property-related roles will add significant value to our Board and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable property solutions.
