RDT Pacific has appointed Andre McConnell as Chief Executive Officer.

For more than 80 years, RDT Pacific has guided clients to deliver better property projects and investments across Aotearoa New Zealand. Andre’s appointment marks the next chapter in that story, as the business moves into a growth phase with a clear strategy.

Andre has been with RDT Pacific since April 2023. “Andre stepped into the Chief Operating Officer role at an important time, and has provided steady leadership for our team and our Board,” says RDT Pacific Board Chair David Prentice. “He has earned the trust of our people and business. As we move into a growth phase, Andre is the right person to lead the business, and his appointment as CEO reflects that.”

Andre brings operational discipline and leadership to the role, alongside a belief that the business’s growth ambition and its commitment to its people are two sides of the same goal.

“I have spent the last three years getting to know RDT Pacific, and what I have found is a business that does great work and genuinely cares about its people,” says Andre. “It’s an exciting time to be in our industry.
