Through project management services and as Engineer to the Contract, RDT Pacific kept this rapidly delivered programme on course and on budget, integrating basebuild and fit‑out with Green Star advisory so the depot was delivered efficiently. The project achieved a 5‑Star Green Star Design & As Built NZv1.1 Design Review rating and supported our social procurement goals, with over a quarter of the contract value delivered by Waikato Tainui tribal contractors.
