RDT Pacific opens Tāhuna Queenstown office
RDT Pacific has opened an office in Tāhuna Queenstown, our seventh location in Aotearoa New Zealand and the second in our South Island region, alongside Ōtautahi Christchurch. Leading the new office is Marcus Warren, Associate Director and Queenstown Manager, Queenstown local who knows the district and its infrastructure first-hand.
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Marcus has led projects and teams across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and energy sectors. In local government he managed capital upgrades and renewals across the Queenstown Lakes, often within live water networks where keeping services running is critical, and most recently he led regional three waters operations. That mix of hands-on delivery and local relationships means clients can work with someone who already understands the district, its infrastructure and the people involved.
What this means for our clients
Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago are growing quickly. Clients in the region can now work directly with someone who knows the local market and can be on site when needed, from early feasibility and cost planning through to delivery.
Marcus and the Queenstown office have the backing and expertise of the whole of RDT Pacific. Clients have access to our full Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Advisory services, with support from people across our offices.
“Our clients are investing across the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago, and they want advice from someone who knows the area. Opening in Queenstown gives our South Island region a permanent presence in the district, and with Marcus based locally, we can build long-term relationships with clients and grow our work across the region,” says Andre McConnell, Chief Executive Officer of RDT Pacific.
